Do I need technical skills to use this?

None whatsoever. If you can send an email, you can use the system. We handle all the setup, and the handoff call makes sure you can run every command on your own.

What software do I need to already have?

QuickBooks Online (or willingness to set it up — we can help), either Stripe or Square, and a Gmail or Outlook account. That's it.

What does the AI cost monthly?

The underlying AI subscription runs around $20/month directly from the provider. That's your only ongoing cost. TradeStackAI's $1,500 is a one-time setup fee with no recurring charge from us.

What if it doesn't work for my business?

We start with a free 20-minute discovery call to confirm it's a fit before you pay anything. If the setup isn't right for your situation, we'll tell you upfront.

How long does setup actually take?

Typically 5–7 business days from when you complete the onboarding form and provide access. The live handoff call is usually day 5 or 6.

Can you add more integrations later?

Yes. If you want to add HubSpot, DocuSign, Canva, or other connectors after your initial setup, we offer a flat $200 add-on for each additional integration.
